I love Sasha's yoga classes because they are always presented in a beautiful flowing style with emphasis on correct posture & position. Each class is multi layered with options for beginners to advanced, & everyone is encouraged to work at their own level or to extend themselves if desired. Since attending her classes, I feel much stronger physically & emotionally.
Attending Sasha’s classes made me not just practice, but understand what Yoga is about and discover a lot of hidden potential in my body.
Sasha’s mastery of those postures make them look easy, and her ability to communicate and her confidence in my potential helped me doing things I couldn’t imagine before.
On top of this, I always had fun during those session and I left the room always relaxed and with a deep sense of well-being.
After several unsuccessful approaches to Yoga I finally met Sasha who made me discover how amazing and powerful Yoga can be for the body and for the mind.
I used to have back pain due to work and stress, Sasha with her deep passion for Yoga, her inspiring and energetic approach and several years of experience taught me how to move my body throughout the different yoga poses and my back pain after few sessions disappeared.
But Yoga of course is much more than pain relief and Sasha gave so much to me in each class, I am so fortunate to have received her gift of Yoga.
Sasha’s style of teaching is highly inclusive. She involves us in the conversation regarding our practice and is genuinely interested in how my practice is progressing. Even though the structure of her classes is relatively simple, I feel like physically I get a lot out of them. In addition, I really like how Sasha explains the focus of her class beforehand. As I want to be able to practice on my own eventually, it is really helpful for me to start thinking in terms of the focus of my practice, and the purpose and benefits of an individual position, and how they work together as a series.
