I have many years of experience working with private clients, either 1-on-1 or up to 2 people.  These sessions are based around YOUR needs, and can be tailored with a mix of yoga asana (physical postures), functional movement (strengthening, conditioning and mobility work), breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation.
