Winter Wellness Retreat, Stone & Straw Retreat in Daylesford – August 2018:
What guests had to say:
“The retreat with Sasha and Annamaria was so well run. The accomodation was wonderful, as was the food. I really enjoyed the yoga each day, the lovely walk and visit to the Chocolate Mill. The weekend was both relaxing and invigorating; I would definitely put my name down for any future retreats.” (Louise L)
“I left the retreat feeling inspired and relaxed. Sasha and Annamaria facilitated wonderful connections and discussions within the group, and were very thoughtful and attentive in their running of the weekend.” (Vanessa K)
Heart of Yoga Tour, Northern India – April 2018:
What guests had to say:
“I LOVED my time in India! My top 3 experiences were the River Ganga blessing, Beetles Ashram, and the sunrise Himalayan hike. Lots of long bus trips but there was a good balance of yoga & meditation considering all the traveling between places, as well as the other activities. I thought Sasha was a fantastic tour leader, thought she handled everything so well considering all the elements she was dealing with.“ (Simone Callahan)
“this was my first time experience in India; although full on for me because I was out of my comfort zone not knowing anyone else in the group apart from Sasha, it was incredible. I loved the Taj Mahal, the Sandipani Muni school visit in Vrindavan, and the sunrise Himalayn hike. I would’ve loved one less day in Rishikesh and an extra day in Jaipur. The yoga & meditation was great and considering how busy the schedule was, we managed to fit a fair bit in. Sasha was an amazing leader – calm, patient, considerate to the whole groups needs, approachable and fun. I would definitely do another trip with her as leader, and highly recommend her to others interested in this trip.” (Catriona Bastian)
“My number one favourite thing about this India trip was having been blessed with Mukesh and Chanchal as our guides. I loved the Himalayan trek, Beetles Ashram, Rishikesh and the Sandipani Muni school visit. The monkey’s in different places *particularly Vrindavan) were a little unnerving and it did take awhile to get everyone sorted when shopping. I would’ve loved even more yoga & meditation as I thought it was fantastic. Sasha was a terrific leader, and is to be commended for her ease of guidance & leadership.“ (Kelly Langdon)
